For summer semester, applications for refunds in the case of overseas stays, PJ, doctorate, practical training, as well as in the case of late registration and a semester of leave may only be accepted from February 1st to May 7th and for the winter semester from September 1st to November 7th.
An application in PDF format is created once the online form is filled-out. The application must be printed and sent with the required documents to the work area for transportation of the AStA Uni Mainz.
A refund for the severely handicapped is carried out by the work area for the needs of the disabled and chronically ill email@example.com. You can find the corresponding form on the homepage at Behindertenreferats.
The amount of the semester ticket which can be refunded amounts to €200.34 in WiSe 16/17 and in SoSe 17. Reasons for a refund of the semester ticket amount can be found in the semester ticket of the student body at Uni Mainz at Härtefallordnung.
